Terms and conditions of service

Treatments take up to 14 days to be fully effective and where there is an infestation a minimum of two treatments is required to effectively deal with hatching eggs.
Our crawling insect maintenance service will take approximately 45 minutes and provided there is no infestation will not require a follow-up visit until 6 months.
Any infestation service will take 60 minutes and will require a follow-up visit within 10 days.
Bookings can be moved with a minimum of a 24-hour advance notice by calling 062 019 9457 or emailing south@kleenpest.co.za.
The payment of an invoice is due upon presentation of the invoice.
To cancel your subscription service, we do ask for a calendar months’ notice of your intention via calling 062 019 9457 or emailing south@kleenpest.co.za.
